When am I under any obligation?
Only after you sign a letter of agreement outlining our deliverables,
time frame and exact costs.
How does Hartley & Associates work?
For some clients, we may become resident on-site (depending on the size
of the project) and work directly with you and your key staff members.
We make sure that all meetings and communications are clear and concise
and you know the status of the project at all times.
