About Us

Our Client Profile

Hartley & Associates services high tech companies that are in expansion mode.  Most of our clients are companies that have experienced early successes and need help moving to the next growth phase or corporate lifecycle, as defined by Dr. Ichak Adizes in his book entitled "Corporate Lifecycles — How and Why Corporations Grow and Die and What to Do About It."

Making this transition often calls for major changes such as opening new markets or re-structuring the organization to better use the skills of the company's leaders.  In order to implement these changes, Hartley & Associates works closely with each client's executive team to expand the current infrastructure and introduce new business strategies.

Hartley & Associates also works with start-up companies seeking assistance in creating business plans and achieving market awareness.  Since most of these companies have limited operating budgets, we look for innovative means of working with them to develop effective sales/marketing programs and outsource projects to reduce the need for permanent staffing.
